Concerning the Conservation District (C-1) and Recreational District
(REC)
Summary:
Eliminate “Manufactured Homes” from the Conservation District
permitted use and create a “Recreational District” (Glen Maury Park
Area but no part of the golf course) with “Cabins and Cottages” a
conditional use in the Recreational District.
