2)      Mel Henson and Bob Luke would like to invite the Planning Commission on a bus tour of the city. This would have to be advertised as a bus tour of the city and no legal action can be taken during the bus tour. The tour would show some of the issues that are abound in the City of Buena Vista. We would need adequate time to advertise and also line up the bus and driver. Any legal action by the PC (Approval of minutes, Etc.) would have to proceed or follow the bus tour. This tour would probably take about 2 hours. The PC may want to consider starting the bus tour earlier (like 5:00, 5:15, 5:30, 5:45 or 6:00 PM)
