8-1. A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum.
8-2. No action of the Commission shall be valid unless authorized by a majority vote of those present and voting. A tie vote on any motion means the defeat of the motion for lack of a majority vote.

    Repeal 2003.01 through 2003.01-4, Amend Parts of the subdivision regs. 904.06, 904.09-1, through 904.09-8 and 904.09-10
    Repeal 2003.02-1 a. “All uses Permitted in the MXR-HT Sub-District”
    Amend 2003.02-1 to read: and
    Amend the Zoning Map to reflect the New Zoning District for the Golf Course area.
