Notice is hereby given that the Buena Vista Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday December 15, 2009, at 7:00 PM or shortly thereafter to receive public comment on the following:

Request by Timothy G. Williams, Captain Tim’s to demolish the ice cream shop from the front of Captain Tim’s restaurant and replace it with an oyster bar. The proposed demolition is located at 319 E 29^th St. or tax map number 19-1-6-56-8B& 8BF and is located in the Seminary Hill Historic District.

The Hearing will be held in the Council Chambers located within the Municipal Building, 2039 Sycamore Avenue.  Any questions regarding this matter should be directed to Robert Luke, Planning and Zoning, 261-3164. 

A copy of the applications is on file in the City Planner's Office, 2039 Sycamore Avenue, and is available for review from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
