ARTICLE VIII – VOTING
8-1. A majority of
the members shall
constitute a quorum.
8-2. No action of
the Commission shall be
valid unless
authorized by a majority vote of
those present and voting. A tie vote on
any motion means the defeat of the motion
for lack of a majority vote.
8-3. The Commission
may hold meetings and
conduct business
without a quorum as long as at least
four members are present, however, no
votes shall be taken unless a quorum is
